Femme fun

For women, the final days of being single go beyond a night of rowdy dancing.

If you have a sweet tooth, the Chicago Chocolate tours is a must.

Valerie Beck created the guided chocolate tour company and says many bachelorettes opt for the sweet tour before a fancy dinner.

"We help them choose the best restaurant afterward. We help them put together the perfect day, with the tour as a centerpiece," Beck said.

Chocolate acts as an appetite suppressant, but Beck says women are walking for the tours, so calories are burned. "Women may not order seconds at dinner," she said with a laugh.

"This is a chocolate city," Beck said. "We go behind the scenes and meet the owners, and learn what makes each type of chocolate so special."

Here's what customers are saying about our bridal tours:

 Hi Valerie.

I just wanted to say thank you again.  We had an absolute blast on the tour Saturday.  The Bride LOVED it!!! Heidi is such a doll, she made the perfect tour guide.  (And, since the bride is a teacher she felt an automatic kinship to Heidi!) I've visited several Chocolatiers which have provided a quick overview on the history of chocolate and I still learned a TON from your tour.

Looking forward to my next tour.

I was on a Chicago Chocolate tour last Saturday, part of the bachelorette party group, and had the most wonderful experience.  The chocolate treats were excellent and our guide, Heidi, was fun, funny, interesting and full of information.  I would highly recommend your company to family and friends with Heidi as their tour guide.
Thank you for a fun-filled day in Chicago.
I just wanted to say Thanks to you & Heidi for the AWESOME tour we had for Kelly's bachelorette party! We still can't stop talking about it! I've done many tours of Chicago (trolley, etc) and this one was my favorite - you ladies really do a wonderful job of unlocking the hidden treasures of this great city!

You and Heidi did a wonderful job yesterday.
Thank you so much for making a perfect day even more special.
The bride and everyone keep singing your praises.
Thanks for creating great memories,

I've lived in downtown Chicago for 23 years, and was eager to go on this tour with a half dozen friends yesterday, Saturday, but really did not expect to be taken to any new place - thought I knew my neighborhood well!... but was I WRONG! Five of the six places our tour went to are entirely new to me, and each was fabulous. I learned so much and now have many new places to go - not just for chocolates, but for salads, guiche, tea, etc...It is THE best tour in Chicago!

Let us know what we can do for you - here's to a delicious day of chocolate to help celebrate your marvelous day of marriage and beautiful days ever after!
